Jamal Nazrul Islam Memorial Winter School 2025

The Jamal Nazrul Islam Memorial Winter School is a series of highly technical lectures for advanced undergraduate and graduate students. The theme of the school is quantum gravity, particularly string theory approaches to cosmology and black hole physics and aspects of mathematical physics. The lectures will cover topics from string cosmology, black hole thermodynamics, non-commutative geometry in physics and the AdS/CFT correspondence. The school will be taught by world-renowned experts and will provide students with a thorough training that will ease their academic pathways into these fields.
